POSITION: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Description: We are a small, community-based, non-profit health clinic seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. WeARE-The Clinic provides inclusive services encompassing sexual health, education, birth control, STI testing and treatment, and outreach initiatives for all, with a focus on serving young people and LGBTQ+ patients. The RN will ensure high-quality, non-judgmental, and medically accurate patient care at WeARE-The Clinic and WeARE@CLC (Central Lakes College) and support other outreach efforts.
Time commitment and schedule: Regular working hours will be approximately 20-25 hours per week (three days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) between 9 AM and 6 PM, as these are the days our clinics operate. While the preferred schedule is three days per week, we are open to considering experienced and highly capable candidates who may only be available one or two of these days. The RN will be trained to work at our main clinic location in downtown Brainerd and staff outreach clinics at the Relationship Safety Alliance (RSA) and Central Lakes College (CLC). The RN will report to the Clinic Manager. We aim to begin training as soon as possible.
